How do I sign up?

To get registered on Milan Tours, you need to Sign Up through Register Option. Once you click the register option, a page will open where you will be asked to fill in your personal, mailing account and contact information. As you fill up these details, click register and you become a member at Milan Tours Website. We request you to fill up the correct and valid information, for further processing.

I forgot my User name. What to do?

The user name for your account is your email address used at time of registration. If you are facing problems signing in with your current email address, click forgot password and you will get the user ID and Password on that email to retain/reset previous password or try to sign up with another email account.

I forgot my Password. What to do?

To reset your password click on the “Login" link available on homepage, there you will find an option ”Forget Password”. Enter your registered email address & security code where asked & click submit. You will receive a confirmation link or password on your registered email.

Can I change/edit the email address I use to sign in?

No. Once registered, you cannot change your Primary email(login ID) adress but other personal details can be changed by logging in to your account. Go to "My Account " link and proceed as per instructions.

How can I review/change my profile information?

What are the different room layouts available? "

Hotels offer a variety of room layouts to meet different needs of different travelers.

Generally in almost all room types, the basic accommodations include the following:

  • Bed / bedding
  • Washroom
  • Climate control
  • Telephone
  • Alarm clock
  • Table or desk
  • Chair
  • TV

Different Room Types/Layouts:

Standard Room - This usually is the most basic room type offered by the hotel. It has the necessary, basic, standard amenities and furnishings. One can take it as that a standard room in a 5-star hotel is much more deluxe than a standard room in a 2-star hotel.

Moderate Room - A moderate room generally offers a better view and enanced furnishing than the standard room. Usually a little better than the standard room. Superior Room - Hotels use the superior category for rooms better than standard and less than deluxe. Superior may refer to size and furnishings and also sometimes it may refer to just the location and view of the room.

Deluxe Room - As the name goes, view, location, furnishings, décor and size everything is deluxe in every way. Some hotels provide extra facilities which include upgraded complimentary bathroom products, a separate & spacious writing desk, complimentary flowers and bathrobes etc. Sometimes in some Caribbean and European hotels of 4- and 5-star categories, a deluxe room is somewhat a lower category than a superior room type.

Executive Room - This room is designed to provide a more luxurious atmosphere similar to superior and deluxe room both. Studio - A studio is a large room includeing a combined living and bedroom area and also usually has a small kitchen or kitchenette. Junior Suite - It is typically a large room with a separate seating area within the room.

Suite - A sute usually has two or more rooms; a bedroom and a living or sitting room with a dividing door. Also at times, it may offer a balcony or patio.

What is the difference between a Double Room and a Twin Room?

A Double Room gives you one double/full bed whereas a Twin Room offers you 2 twin beds. If any room is called Double/Twin, it can be set up for either type. During the booking process, you can specify your bed-type preference.

We have children; can we get extra beds/cribs in the room?

Information regarding extra beds/cribs is available under "Hotel Policies." Please take note of the following:

While booking online, kindly make your request for any extra bed/cribs in the "Special Requests" box provided, so as to avoid last minute fuss.

If you’ve already booked your stay, login in and go to the link 'room ammendment' to request an extra bed.

Please remember that any additional fees for children are not included in the reservation price.

We recommend you to call the hotel prior to your arrival to guarantee and confirm your request. The hotel’s contact information is available in your confirmation email.

What should I understand by "non-refundable" or "free cancellation?"

Every room has a different policy set by the hotel.

A non-refundable policy means that if you decide to cancel or make changes in your booking, a fee will be applicable which is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation mail too.

Free cancellation means you can change or cancel your booking free of any extra cost/loss, only if done within the time period set by the hotel. This time period is mentioned in the room conditions and in your confirmation.


What are the payment options available?

You can do online booking with MasterCard and Visa or Visa Electron.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes. To ensure your exclusive security, we utilize a secure payment process gateway server, which fully encrypts the credit card number and encodes it.

Are there any charges if I bring extra guests?

In the case of prepaid booking, the rate quoted during booking is determined by the number of people on your reservation. If more people check in at the hotel than were originally reserved, the hotel migt charge you an additional fees per person at the time of check-in.

How do I get a coupon?

We often issue/offer promotional coupons to our customers through the newsletters and emails. You can get the coupon code from there.

How do I redeem/use a coupon?

To redeem/use a promotional coupon, search for eligible travel in accordance with the rules and limits provided. When you start the booking & payment process, enter the coupon code in the “Apply Discount Coupon” field. The reservation quote will be automatically adjusted throug this coupon, before you submit your payment.

What currency does the Milan Tours accept?

Milan Tours at this point of time accepts only AED.

Am I charged the Hospitality Taxes?

Some cities charge hospitality or tourism tax, which is charged per person per night. This tax is not included in the price and will be collected by the hotel upon check-in or check-out as per mutual conditions and the hotel rules and regulations.

Does Milan Tours offer any travel insurance?

No, we do not offer any travel insurance at this point of time.
