It is mutually vital that the persons travelling should ensure that their names are entered correctly at the time of booking. The hotel may even reject the booking; if they find that TBA or any other abbreviations have been entered at the name of guest and he/she may have to face inconvenience. While booking, the names of all the persons travelling must be entered. Entry must be done with first name followed by the Family name.


It becomes the responsibility of each & every Milan Tours ( members to make sure that they enter a valid & correct e-mail address. If you do not find our mail in your inbox, kindly check the Junk/ bulk or Spam folder and you can receive these mails in your inbox instead of Junk/ bulk or spam folder by opening the mail sent by us and clicking on the 'this is not spam' or 'not spam' option.


While making the booking, it becomes a responsibility of the Milan Tours member to make sure that the accommodation/ room type booked will stand suitable for the party which is traveling. If more than expected persons arrive at the hotel than the hotel room can accommodate, then the hotel owns the sole rights to reject the booking and no refund will be done in such case. While Milan Tours ensures that your clients requested room type is made available but we do not guarantee the actual bedding make-up of the room at the time of check in. The booking requests are sent directly to the hotel and remain subject to availability. Although we ensure that the room type(s) booked is provided by the hotel, still there may be occasions due to as per the situation, when a twin room may be allocated instead of a double-bedded room or a double room may be allocated instead of a twin accommodation. This is provided for your kind information that in most of European hotels 2 single beds are pushed together to make a Double bed accommodation. While on our part, we forward all the room type preferences to the hotel, allocation of rooms is done by the hotel management and is subject to availability at the time of check in. Currency exchange rates generally change regularly on a day – to - day basis depending upon the market fluctuations. We at Milan Tours solely reserve the rights to modify or update room tariff/ rates displayed on the website in accordance with any market fluctuations. However, on already confirmed booking, the changes related to currency exchange rate fluctuations will not affect and the previous decided rates may only apply. Similarly, once booking has been done and confirmed, there will be no refund for any difference in rates that comes due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

All the rates stand valid only for the leisure market. We at Milan Tours do not accept the responsibility and are no way accountable for any such booking where we come to know that a client is not travelling for leisure purposes. The hotels may decline to honor the contract rate decided with us and may directly charge rack rate from the clients. The said Rates include applicable hotel taxes also. Local/city/tourist taxes which include the use of local services generally, may not be included in the said rates. If Local/city taxes need to be paid at the hotel counter, this information might be revealed in the Remarks area and on the voucher.

We accept only AED or USD accepted in a transaction and acceptable credit cards are Visa and Master Card only.

NB: Our company will show up as Milan Tours in the credit card statement if a credit card used for booking. If a Milan Tours member has made use of their client’s credit card to do the hotel booking then it becomes the responsibility of the Milan Tours member to notify their client of this important piece of information so as to avoid any kind of misunderstandings. We reserve the right to correct/edit or change any pricing or displayed errors, if any at any point of time. This comprises of those errors and/or omissions also which have been entered by the hotelier or a local agent. In the unfortunate case of price error and/or omission, we ensure to offer you the options of keeping the booking at the correct rates or cancelling the booking at one go or as per availability we may offer you another suitable alternate hotel.


Majority of credit card companies charge some kind of an International Transaction fee which may be as much as 3%. Capital One not only imposes its own fee, but also takes away the 1% fee which Visa or MasterCard imposes. This fee is passed on by certain credit card providing companies as the charge for your booking has been processed outside the country of our residence. Please be aware that the charge has not been passed on by Milan Tours and we at Milan Tours are not to be held responsible for any kind of international transaction charges levied by the credit card issuing company.
Few hotels, mainly in the USA also charge a resort fee which has to be paid directly to the hotel. This may range normally between $10 to $20 a room per night. Milan Tours neither has any control over their implementation of the resort fee charges nor is not responsible for the same.


Milan Tours does not have any control over any extra charges that the hotel may charge to their execution for guest room usage such as a/c, almirah/storage, fridge, television remote etc. Any such charges levied must be paid directly to the hotel and Milan Tours is not held responsible for any such incidental charges passed on by the hotel. Similarly we do not have any control over the fees that a hotel may pass on for storage of luggage, spa, Sauna, swimming pool usage or car parking fee etc. Also be aware that during the festive season, especially on Christmas and the New Year Eve, few hotels impose a mandatory celebration wherein the guests must pay some supplement for the gala dinner. Milan Tours does not always stay informed about such festive celebrations and also cannot be held responsible for any such gala supplements charged by the hotel authorities


We always wish that cancellations and amendments, if any are to be made; should be done on the Milan Tours website. Alternatively you can connect with our Reservation Team via E -mail or fax prior to the cancellation deadline for that particular booking. We do not accept or confirm cancellations/ amendments over the telephone. Milan Tours will not be responsible for any changes and/or cancellations made directly with the hotel.

Please note that only one amendment per booking will be acceptable. If any further amendments are required by you, you need to cancel and re-book with new details. During festive season or special events, certain dates and early bird type bookings, the hotel may forward a different cancellation policy which you will be notified as soon as we are informed. In certain exceptional cases, change in names is not allowed and the booking may have to be cancelled and re-booked. In such cases new rates may be applicable. Any booking which offers any free nights or early booking savings are accountable to certain restrictions which will be informed to you as soon as Milan Tours is informed. Generally these restrictions range from No name changes and no extension or reduction of nights. If in any instance, you have a booking which includes a night free and due to any possible reason, your client decides to cancel, in this case the free night will not be refunded or managed because this is free.

Also be aware that room rates for nights may increase after a confirmed amendment even if you reduce the total number of nights. This might be possible either because of fluctuations in currency exchange rates. Changes in arrival or departure date, room type or name change or where some kind of special offer was applied at the time of booking may result in item re-pricing.

When a booking has been done by a 3rd party, Milan Tours reserves the right to request ID Proof from the credit cardholder as well as an authorization form duly signed. This is merely a security measure to protect the credit card holder against any misuse of credit card and not to cause any inconvenience.


If in any instance, the hotel booked originally is closed, booked above capacity or has any kind of maintenance problems and due to this cannot provide the room(s) booked; you agree that the hotelier or supplier will be responsible for finding an alternate accommodation. Milan Tours does not accept any liability for any losses/ costs that might occur due to re-location.


The hotels which have “REQUEST” button and/or bookings with ‘On Request Processing’ status convey that the hotel at present doesn’t have any available allotment, however we at Milan Tours will connect with the hotel to request extra space. Kindly be aware that in rarest occasions, the hotel availability might change until you complete your booking and the final status may turn to ‘On Request Processing’. In such cases, do not try re-booking the same hotel again. You will receive an informative message within 48 hours whether your booking has been confirmed or rejected. Please keep in mind that the hotels own the right to reject the ‘ON REQUEST’ bookings and confirmation might not be guaranteed. If you urgently require accommodation, we suggest you to select a hotel which has Instant confirmation. Also when you might go for a new search Milan Tours, you might see the same hotel showing again which is because there may be space now available though at different rate from the initial.


Hotel info: While Milan Tours endeavors to display the correct and accurate hotel information, but we are not to be held responsible for any gap in the accuracy of this information or for any of amenities or services that may or may not be accessible at the hotel during your client's stay. Renovations and maintenance are a necessary part of the upkeep of the hotel and this may happen without any prior Information, however the hotelier will make efforts to keep inconvenience at the minimum. Milan Tours does not accept responsibility for any kind of disturbance or inconvenience to your client beyond the hoteliers control nor for accidents or loss in a hotel caused by hotel management or staff. The photographs of the guest room and the hotel are provided to give a general impression of the hotel which may varyfrom the original look and view of the hotel or room. All of the hotels on the Milan Tours website demands at least one of the guests to be 18 years old. In certain states of America there are higher age limits and if you have booked a hotel in the US and travelers are below the age of 25 then please contact the hotel directly for any clarifications.


Maps are only for informative reasons. While Milan Tours endeavors to display the hotel and map information most accurately but we do not hold any responsibility for the accuracy of this info. Therefore we suggest you to contact the hotel directly to obtain the most recent and complete information and directions.


Complaint which are not resolved at the hotel must be brought into our notice by logging into your Milan Tours Account and selecting the category in message 'Complaint'. Complaints should be notified within 20 working days from the checkout date with submitting a copy of the complaint to and signed by the hotel manager. Complaints relating to hotel services will be forwarded by Milan Tours to the concerned party. Response times may vary from 5-20 working days depending upon the nature of complaint issue.


Promotions are only offered in good faith. Some promotions may be more popular than others, the case being the rooms displayed will be sold out quicker. Milan Trip reserves the whole sole right to modify/ change any offer at any point of time without any prior notice.

The climatic differences and energy saving rules are different for every country which might affect the heating system at the hotel. Swimming pools opening and closing time also might be affected by the climatic and weather conditions. Milan Tours is not accountable for such practices of the hotels regarding these issues.
